Matthew MacRitchie has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years, working for some of the worlds leading company's in Construction, Design, Planning and Development. Matthew has created a network of equity and debt sources, non-traditional lenders and development investment opportunities. He has leveraged these relationships within his network to assemble many successful developments and development partnerships. The formulation of MacCompany’s in January of 2013 was in direct response to the need to formalize a boutique development company to manage his own developments. Today, MacCompany’s is currently developing over $600M in construction projects. Mr. MacRitchie is involved in many real estate organizations in the Midwest and has served in a leadership capacity for several.
Michael has enjoyed a successful commercial real estate management and development career since 1996. He has designed and developed facilities for BMO, Chase Bank, City of Chicago, Chicago Park District, City of Detroit, Cobo Convention Center, State University of New York, Niagara University and Alexian Brothers Medical.
In 2005, Michael formed Mobilis Motorsport Development, a company dedicated to establishing a paradigm shift in the new motorsport country club industry. Mobilis designed two 1000-acre motorsport country club developments. The first was “Prairie Hills Motorsport Club - The Resort Destination for the Motorsport Enthusiast and Their Family.” The second was The American Motorsport Club, a motorsport themed casino and country club catering to the whales of gaming. Mobilis provided consulting services to redesigns of existing facilities as well as new.
In 2015, Michael formed ApexTwin Motorsport to develop new projects in Texas and S.W. Florida.
